Sasha is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over six years of experience, specialising in Vinyasa Yoga and also teaching Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation. Her inclusive, thoughtfully tailored classes support students of all levels, encouraging mindful, intentional practice.

As a Retreats Leader, Sasha guides individuals toward personal growth, meaningful transformation, and positive change through movement and mindfulness.

AYLSSA - Core Yoga Teacher

Alyssa is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher whose journey began in her teens and was shaped through university teaching and travel across Central and South America. Her nurturing yet empowering classes — including Hatha Vinyasa, Inner Balance Vinyasa, and Wild Woman Flow — are rooted in wellbeing, self-discovery, and women’s empowerment, supporting students to build strength, balance, and confidence on and off the mat.
